how to heal sunburn fast?? w/ travel picture

Hi guys!!I just got back from my trip. That was my longest land travel!!! 10 hours bus ride.. 3 hours boat ride and 30 min trip via van. Until we reach Caramoan, Peninsula in CamSur! It was beautiful and worth it... I'll try to upload the pics. The island is irresistible that is why I cannot resist basking in the sun... question! Help me... PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN HEAL SUNBURN FAST???

I always get sun burned since i leave newar the beach in the province. based on experience, it is best to take showers often and use chlorinated water (because we use deep well in the province). i guess you can also use "panghilod" to expedite peeling
