It seems like lately everyone has had some kind of sleeping problem. It could be anxiety, stress, health, money, etc that is keeping people up.
Are you sleeping okay? What is your secret if you are?
Or are you noticing that more and more people have been having trouble with there sleep? Including me.

I have sleeping problems 3 months ago, it was like i dont know why i am like that, i just wake up in the middle of the night and i feel so nervous but i dont know whats exactly in my mind, till i read many articles on how to sleep better and healthy. The reason of my sleeping problem is stress, worries about work and finances. I did what i was told and that is to meditate, relax, have a warm bath before bedtime and milk and honey therapy. Just make 1 glass of warm milk and add tablespoon of honey to it and you will see the result. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day too, and it helps in releasing toxins in the body.
happy mylotting and smile always.

I'm starting a new work out tomorrow. So I'm hoping that adding that exercise helps out.
I have heard that warm milk with honey helps. Did it help for you? How long before going to bed did you have to drink it for it to make you sleepy?
I agree that overall life stress could be the main cause of a lot of things. But with everything going on in the world right now how could you not stress things?

i really have a very bad problem about my sleep. I cannot sleep during night time and tend to sleep during 6 am to 12pm. I can't help it, it seems that i am too much nocturnal, that sometimes i wish there is no sleeping time already. Also, i always wake up late and i am pretty absurd to sleep during morning instead. Maybe it is because of being used about it, when i am still in school. Oh gosh, i badly need help!
