What code actually you mean here? Registration activation code? Or you just add a credit card to verify your paypal and you are waiting the verification code? If your problem is the first one, you can request paypal to resend the code. Usually the second sent code would arrive soon on your email. But if your problem is the second thing, you need to waiting your credit card billing statement and you'll find the code there.
