My baby since he was 6 months loves playing with our cellphones. He has lots of toys that we bought for him. Some educational and some just for fun. But we couldn't keep him from taking our cellphone from us and playing with it. We also bought him a toy cellphone so he wouldn't get ours. Still, he prefers it(our cellphone) over this new one. What could be the reason for this? Is there a side effect to him if he has constant contact with cellphones? radiation and stuff?

Well babies tend to want things that you are using since it would be more atractive to him. Try to hide your cell phone since I would't recomend it that he is in his hands first for radiation and second for hygiene and third for not broken your cell phone. You cannot give children everything they need to realise that certian things are for adults use only and not for kids.

Childrens are having tendency to all item which appears new to them. They will be font of phones which their parents are carrying and visible. They will be font font its light and tunes.
Keep away the cell phones from children . It is not good . Really harmful for children. And dont keep the cell phone beside your pillow when you are sleeping.
Happy my lotting

Oh yes, definately hide it. My fiance's lil boy loveddd cell phone when he was a baby. He actually had a really cheap cell phone and just played with it. It didn't have no minutes on it or anything, just something that kept him preoccupied. No internet, no pitures, not even any decent tones. CHEAP! Lol. But then, my fiace had a decent flip phone of his own, which he TRIED to keep away from Ethan. Well, he had got ahold of it and ripped the screen part completely off somehow. Now, we are stuck using his baby phone. Lol.
