Who among of you uses VCC to verify your Paypal Account?
VCC, as the term applies, a virtual credit card.. Its like a disposable credit card that you can buy online for $8-$10.. who among us are familiar with VCC?

Wow, I've never heard of VCC. Are you sure there aren't any loopholes? Maybe a secret contract that comes with each card? Well, call me skeptical, but I'm being a little cautios here, beacaus most banks tend to do that.. Is it a bank?

It is illegal to verify your paypal account through VCC according to their terms and conditions. So if some day you get caught by them your account will be suspended and you will lose all balance in your account.
So always use a real card and avoid these.
