This morning, I left my puppy out to do business then I went up stairs, he was crying after he did what he wanted to do. After a while, he stopped so hubby and I didn't care very much. We went downstairs and found he was gone... HE ESCAPED!! I went outside immediately and yelled "Breakfast? You want breakfast?" which I normally say before I feed him, then he ran back from the front yard... that was scary, I thought we were going to lose him... We gotta fix the front gate because he got out of there since the gate is not a realone, just a old gate that kind of lean on the wall. Do you have any stories to share?

I have two dogs, a bichon and a pomeranian. The bichon has escaped from the back yard before and started running down the block. I yelled for her, and she didn't come back, so I thought I would just let it go, and she would come back on her own, and she did, as a few minutes later I heard her barking at the front door to be let in. I was so glad to see her too. Most of the time, all I have to say is the word Walk, and she will come running back as fast as she can witing to go on the walk. I don't usually take her right away, but that is a good way to get her to come back. Now, the pomeratnian won't run off, as she will follow me around. The bichon does too, but she tries to escape more than the pomeranian.
