A site like Youdata, but for European members as well?

I recently had a good look at the Youdata site after someone posted about it on here. It looks excellent - but unfortunately you need a US address and phone number to join. So my question is, is there anything similar that is open to non-Americans yet? I know the wil be eventually - but I dont want to wait! LOL!
