Who is the best cell phone provider and why?

Im trying to find out who has the best cell phone service. I have sprint now but my bill is allways wrong. Their customer service in my opinion is terrible. So who do you think has the best service?

Verizon seems to be the most popular one around my area. It has the most area and the most options in packages it provides. I have heard good things from several people who have used their service. I have heard that the Nokia model cell phones are very good as well. I think the Verizon company being bigger and covering a larger area may help customers be more comfortable with their service.
