Your statistics are a bit out of date since the end of the period that you cite is 1984. A lot has happened in the worlde since then. In reality Islam is still the fastest growing religion if you base your findings on the assumption that anyone born of Islamic parents is a Muslim. What this does not take into account is that in the parts of the world where people have a free choice as to their religion they are choosing different religions and leaving Islam.
In the parts of the world where religion is a choice and not mandated Islam is the fastest shrinking religion in the world.

The problem with that premis Chiang is that in the US people are free to choose their religion, and Islam is supposed to be the fastest growing religion in the US. I could find nothing to discount it. Everything I read had Islam as the fastest. China was the only country that had another religion that was growing faster and that was various types of christianity. The Caribbean Islands also have christianity growing faster.
It is true. Once a family converts to Islam, every member becomes a muslim, and if they try to convert to something else there are dire consequences.

Which is the fastest growing religion? Well, it depends on who you ask. If you ask an evagelical christian group, they will swear that they are. If you ask any christian group, they will swear that they are. If you ask the muslims, they will swear that they are.
Statistically, Islam is the fastest growing religion in Europe mostly because muslims are moving there in droves. Of course in the Arab countries and Turkey and that area, they are predominate to almost totally muslim. It is also one of the fastest growing religions in America.
However, christianity is the fastest growing religion in China. It is hard to tell if they balance themselves out or not. Good statistics are not kept.

Thanks for coming and responding. This may be your personal observation. Please try to understand that we have the honor to have the final Prophet of God Almighty and the only divinely-protected,unchanged last divine book with us,which can solve all our problems and which will be supported by Jesus after his second coming.....So time will decide which is the best out of all ??
