Elbow greeting? Doctor says elbow greeting fights the flu.that's Dr. Joe Soler's advice for avoiding swine flu, which appears to be spreading fast in certain areas of the United States, Mexico, Canada, New Zealand and Europe. What do you think, Wanna bump elbows?

The origin of the handshake was to show the other poerson that you did not have a weapon in your hand. so the two palms were brushed together in friendship. It developed into something more in later centuries. It may make sens to stop shaking hands in order to help not spread this pandemic of swine flu.
Remember to wipe the handles of shopping trolleys in the supermarkets or use an anti bacterial on your hands immediatley afterwards. We have a responsibility to stop the spread of this fly.
So let's knock elbows - at least for a while

Well, that might help to a certain degree but not as much as some think it might. They sent a paper home with little sis that says when sneezing don't sneeze into your hands sneeze or cough into your arm or bend of her arm meaning then that if others did do that then bumping elbows might not work for them..maybe bumping hips would be more appropriate and also bring back a dance move..lol Or it would be best to bow to the other person and bring in a tradition from other cultures..
