I would like to ask you a simple question. Which one do you prefer laptops or computers. Of course you will have some reasons for your choice. Share it here.
I personally like to use a laptop because of the mobility and power reasons. But when it sits on my lap for a long time I get irritated by all the heat. What about you?

I like laptop better, it's more convenient to use and I can bring it anywhere I go. It's very light and really for hand carry purpose. One thing I don't like my laptop, I think my battery's slowly draining, I can't use it anymore without it plugged in.

I think my laptop's even worse than yours. I have to use it while charging or else the monitor screen turns dim when not plugged in. My friend said, I probably need to change the battery.

No you don't have to change the battery my friend. It's laptop's normal method of saving power. Every laptop goes dim if it is unconnected to a power source.

Ah so we are a team, my friend! My laptop can work without charging for maximum one and a half hours. I bet you must be facing the same problem!

personally i prefer desktops coz i can modify everything in it to meet my needs. laptops are great when you're consistently going out, but in my case, i'd go for desktops.

I prefer desktop computer especially an AMD set-up pc. I like more about desktop computer because it is cheap if you want to upgrade and fix it. I know how to assemble desktop computer and more into computer hardware than a laptop computer. It is really cheaper buying computer hardware parts from desktop rather than a laptop parts. I think desktop computer parts are also more available not like a laptop computer. It is my opinion only. Happy Mylotting.!!!

I like both. The laptop is portable like you said. The desktop for it can store more memory. The laptop you need to get a cooling stand so your laptop will stay cool. But I still love the laptop. I also love my desktop for you can really get some very large screens for your desktop.

Yes, I agree with your view point and thanks for the cooling stand stuff. I never really knew about this matter.

I have both a laptop and a desktop, but I like my laptop better. It is much more convenient to use as I can sit in my easy thaair and typw while I am watching tv. My desktop isn't used all that much and it is in my bedroom. The only time I use it when I am in the bedroom doing somehting and I need to check something on the computer, then I will sit at the desktop. You can't really take a desktop around the house lol. So that is why I like the laptop better as I can take it with me when I go places as long as there is wifi that is.

Wow! I really adore your creative skills. I have never even thought of watching TV while browsing. And wifi is a really good upgrade for the laptop. I always thought of installing one but never really made an attempt.
Thank you for the response.
