Do you know Mao Ze Dong?

Would this be the Mao, known as Chairman Mao, under whose regime millions of people lost their lives due to famine, repression and execution by the state? Is this the Mao who boasted that 700,000 people were killed during the great "land reform? Is this the Mao who conducted the Hundred Flowers campaign which encouraged free thinkers to express their criticism of the government and then used that information to conduct a purge of those who opposed him politically, resulting in the persecution and deaths of millions of Chinese people? I may have heard of him.
