Has anyone been on Pay By Offers?

I have never heard of that site. What is it about? :-) I know of one site that I have been using that is the absolute best I have ever used. Basically, it is so good that I only depend on that one site. :-) It is easy and does not require you to be on your computer for long periods of time. Afterall, that is why I like it so much. :-) If you want to make an exchange with any of your well paying sites, just let me know. One thing I ask is that you will be honest with your trade. :-) Please, do not waste your time, nor mine. :-) If you are interested let know, if not, that is ok as well. :-) Take care. :-)
