Every now and again you just have to cry...men and women a like.
I have two favorites that just do it to me.
The 1st is Pay it Forward. I just cry.....and cry. The concept is just co great and you just wish that everyone could just pay it forward and realize that everything happens for a reason. What do you think of this film?
The 2nd is What Dreams May Come. I just cry....and the more the movie gets further into the journey, the more I cry. Have you seen this movie? Do you cry?
What movies do put in to cry? You know that you are going to cry, so you might as well watch a good flick while you do it.

I've seen two movies already mentioned that came to mind for me - Forrest Gump and Steel Magnolias. Another is The Wizard of Oz. I always get teary when Dorothy is saying goodbye to everyone as she gets ready to leave Oz.
The latest one is Marley & Me. Since it's a recent movie and not everyone has seen it, I won't give anything away but part of it hit really close to home for me, especially right now.
I know there are a few others that have made me cry but I can't think of them right now.

Being a guy, I find it very difficult to cry at the best of times and tend to remain tearless throughout most films but there are two films that will make me cry one is Titanic, because it's based on a true story, I think about all those poor people that perished and that beautiful big ship sinking, and when I see Rose losing Jack, well it has me reaching for the mansize. Also this is an odd one I have to admit but Star Wars Episode 3 when Anakin becomes Darth Vader and turns on his friends and the younglings! To think that a beautiful child could become the most hated man in the galaxy!

My all time favorite tear jerker is "The Way We Were". Barbra Streisand, Robert Redford. I've seen the film at least 500 times. I actually have it memorized! It doesn't matter that I've seen it so many times. I still cry when they break up....when he gives her back the key. I also cry when they're in bed together and Katie says, "It's Katie. You do know that it's Katie". I just bawl!

I don't like watching sad movies anymore. I used to watch very tough movies, the ones that really make you think and reflect about the story and cry. The last movie I watched and cried was Seven Pounds with Will Smith. Very good movie, honestly, I was expecting the ending because of the build up during the film, but yes it made me cry.

I too have two favourite tearjerker movies. The first is 'Carousel,' the musical from the 1950's. It's a great mix of songs and sadness. Even after watching it dozens of times, I still cry my eyes out when they sing 'You'll Never Walk Alone.'
The second is a more recent discovery - 'It's a Wonderful Life' with James Stewart. Although I've seen loads of clips from this movie, I'd never seen it all the way through until a friend bought it me for Christmas 2008. As a joke, she also wrapped up a packet of tissues with the film and hey - I needed them!
