I was just wondering about movie rental. Like Netflex. Has anyone here had experiences, either bad or good? Im thinking of joining but not sure. I would like to hear the customers experiences with them or other place like netflex. I dont have a car and was wanting the conviences of home delivery.

I'm not sure about rental of movies through delivery but there is this particular service in my country whereby we could go to the kiosk, slot in our membership details and out pops out the DVD that we choose. As for your situation, I think that's cool too, and considering the cost of delivery, if it's not too expensive, it's worth to give it a try. I would opt for that, but then the kiosk is pretty near to my home.

My problem is transportation. I was thinking of delivery because of that. I live 4 blocks to the mearest bus stop and i have arthritus in my feet and legs. Usually if you go somewhere to rent its due the next day. With rentals through delivery im not sure exactly how it works. Thats actually what im trying to find out here. Meanwhile, i own plenty of movies some i have not watched yet. Recorded when i didnt have time to watch, still not watched yet.

Personally my husband and I have never been a member of Netflix, and have never even ever considered it. We used to be a member with Blockbuster yrs. ago but unless you watch a lot of movies it is not worth it. And now since you can watch so many interesting things online all the time now for Free to me it does not really seem worth it. But I guess it is what someone actually wants that works for them.

well here iam to tell you netflix is the way to go. i love it now. i pay 10 bucks a month and get the movies i want (one at a time) in the mail. return them, in the mailbox and get another in a couple days. dont have to pay any more money and can watch some online in between. only 3 or 4 days turn around

I actually really like Netflix. If you are a person that watches movies a lot, than the service will pay for itself. If you are only an occasional movie watcher, I would not recommend it. I like that some movies on Netflix you don't even have to send away for - they're just automatically viewable. It's a pretty neat service overall, but not for a person who isn't a big movie or television fanatic.
