No suprise to me and I was just sitting back waiting for the day after reading leaflet after leaflet in magazines advertising the diet supplement. But the part that urks me is their 'LAB' surname when their obviously in the business of cranking out the most -crank- possible to turnover a profit. I've never tried Hydroxy Cut but I did use Trim Spa and swear I didnt sleep for a week. Anyway, it was confirmed Hydroxy Cut causes liver failure probably from the overload of triglycerides or something along those lines but Im not sure.

I looked other places but this is the most extensive article I could found, I actually just saw a quick clip on CNN and not having much luck finding much said about it ironically, I know they have tons of users.

Thank you so much for this information. My boys have been using hydroxycut for wrestling and now I can show them this article.

Well for anyone who wants to understand more go to:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hepatotoxicity
"HEPATOTOXICITY"
"Several mechanisms are responsible for either inducing hepatic injury or worsening the damage process. Many chemicals damage mitochondria, an intracellular organelle that produce energy. Its dysfunction releases excessive amount of oxidants which in turn injures hepatic cells. Activation of some enzymes in the cytochrome P-450 system such as CYP2E1 also lead to oxidative stress.[11] Injury to hepatocyte and bile duct cells lead to accumulation of bile acid inside liver. This promotes further liver damage."

Just read it on the on screen info of my local news channel. I was so surprised and shocked, but really shouldn't be since most of the weight loss products out there are bound to be bad for you.
I've used green tea, but that's it. Something about other ones really turn me off.
It's not safe to use these things, I know it, so I wouldn't risk it.

I've always been afraid of it and thought it would give me a heart attack, I've tried stuff like Ripped Fuel a couple weeks

omg! I haven't heard about that yet.
I tried Hydroxycut once, and I couldn't sleep for days.
I'm glad I stopped. D:
