Do you speak in tongues? If so have you ever wondered what you were saying or asked God to give you a revelation? Please share.

i attended church at age 13 and spoke in tongue.at the time i had no idea what was happening.you would think at that age it would be scary but it was a over powering experience.i have to say it felt so good unlike anything i can describe.and youre probably wondering if i still attend church if it was so great the answer is no.i have learned that talking in tongues is a gift God gives you but in the bible God speaks about talking in tongues and he makes it clear that he would rather you speak to him in your own words.i dont currently attend church but would love to speak in toungues again but im not sure its what God wants?

oh come on, you know when you spoke in tongues it was all fake and subjected to peer pressure or otherwise. i have seen too many people trying to fake like they are speaking tongues to believe in this rubbish. wake up and stop pretending. i know you dont attend church anymore but you know you can speak in tongues any time you want. dont bother telling us "...but would love to speak in tongues again but im not sure its what God wants?". i mean ok. now say this with me. : shal la la la la sha la la la la." wow you just wpoke tongues

Speaking in tongues.......... Hello friend, It's good that you had that kind of liberating experience when you spoke in tongues.I"m really rather surprised that someone as young as a thirteen year old would even be interested in speaking in tongues. Not to mention attending church. Listen I have studied the bible as well as reference books from different pastors. I have found that tongues is a gift from God that not everyone has. It's given to those that earnestly desire to have that sort of one on one communication with the Lord. You mentioned that in the bible I'll quote you "God makes it clear that he would rather you speak to him in your own words". So now my friend, I want to ask you, where exactly in the bible is that written? Please give me the exact chapter and verse, thanks for sharing.
