What is your impression of the Beijing?

There is a Chinese saying goes like this"You are not a true man until you get to the Great Wall".Do you know it?And what is your impression of the Beijing?

i have come to china. and i don't go to great wall. i just staied in bei jing two days. and i don't see many station in bei jing. i just to bei jing university .and many place i haven't viisted. hope some day i will visit it.

beijing is a city with a long history,the great wall and maybe forbidden city is well known all over the world,but if you really want to enjoy and understand the culture of beijing or even watch ordinary people's life closely,you can visit these places called "hutong"or "siheyuan"

I have been in Beijing for over 10 years and I should say beijing has changed a lot. before beijing is just a capital of china but now you can see beijing is more international and open. After I moved to the UK I can't find any difference of my life compared to Beijing. However I don't like the weather in Beijing. In summer it's too hot, in winter it's too cold.
