I am up by 5:45am most every morning and I stay fresh all day by going to bed at a decent time and taking my vitamins in the morning and trying to eat right. Now I do have the days where I get to sleep in and I love those days- but I never feel as productive on late days as I do when I am up and moving earlier- of course I haven't always been that way- I used to be the hardest person in the world to wake up and after time- it just became routine.

Just try to remember that it does take so getting used to and that its okay if you have a day here nad there where you don't make it as early as you had hoped. To help my day going along easier I take my vitamin almost the minute my feet hit the floor- you may want to try that too. Good luck to you and happy mylotting!!!

That sounds like my oldest son and as summer is rapidly approaching he can't stand to sit still- he is so ready for the whole thing to be over- so he can swim and go to camp.
Are you a teacher?
Happy Mylotting

Hello friend,
Yes I also get up early in the morning. Then I do some physical exercise for my health. I get up at around 6 and I stay fresh in the whole day. So I think it is possible.
Have a nice day.

our elder ones used to get up early in the morning and pray and thanks God that time and then go for morning exercise and housework... they were fresh and more healthy in their life and have even longer life... but nowadays, we use to stay awake at night and then for that we can not get up early in the morning... and for not getting up early in the morning we loose many benefit and time in our life...
if you want then you can sleep on time at night and then get up by alarm cluck, wash your face and do some yoga breathing for refreshing yourself in the morning....

I am a morning person. Depending on whats happening I may be up anywhere from 4 a.m. to 6 a.m. and am usually in bed by 9 or 10 p.m.
Having a dog keeps me regular that way as she is demanding and needs to not only go outside but for walks as well.
When I am up at four a.m., I enjoy my morning java with a MyLot session.
It is possible to get up at 6 a.m. and stay fresh all day. Important to go to bed early enough to achieve this however. Start by going to be at 8:30 p.m.
You will be surprised how good you feel in the morning. Get on the routine there on in. You can do it.
Be sure to eat something for breakfast and have lunch as well. This wil keep you going. Have something that you like to drink during the day as a refresher too and take a few minutes out to just relax before getting back to your day.

I don't go to bed until early in the morning, so no, I don't rise early, but there were times when I had to. As long as I got the amount of sleep I needed, this was fine. I felt far fresher getting up early in the morning than I do getting up when morning is almost through.
Brightest Blessings, my friend.

Every person is different. I grew up with 6am to 9pm being awake. That is my best time. Get up later or earlier and I don't do very well.

Right from my schooldays through college and work days i have getting up early in the morning, at 6.00 am and even earlier. When i worked in one of the Gulf countries i used to get up at 5.00 am and remain fresh throughout the day. Now that i have retired i still get up at 4.00 am and then sit for meditation upto 6.30 am. Then i take a short nap for an hour and a half and then get up at 8.00 am. This has been going on since the last 18 years and will continue for my entire lifetime.

Hi there!
I always wake up early in the morning, around 60-630am. It has been my body clock for several years now and I find it good for me. Waking up late tends to make me lazy the whole day, giving me a hard time to do whatever I have to do. When I start my day early, it makes me livelier the whole day.
Staying fresh the whole day? Now I think it's impossible, unless you don't have to do anything like house chores, work or other stuffs. Especially, it's summer now.
Ciao!

hi ajithlal,
I woke up at 4 to 4:30 in the morning. It is because I will be starting my online job at 5. Well, I usually prepare breakfast and then take my shower before sitting in front of my computer.I am always inside our house and I can say that once I take my shower in the morning, I stay up fresh all day.I am not much pressured because I just type in front of computer all day.

Even if I needed to, I always try htting the snooze button of my alarm clock. That is why I always run late for work.

I really hate wake up too early, for me the best time to get away from bed is 9am. I like laying on my bed but since I have work I have to, and no choice after all.

Hi Ajithlal! Its 8 am in the place where I am right now.I have finished going for a walk , meditating and even had my breakfast.I got up before 6 am.If I dont get up at that time then the whole day will be spoilt for me.What motivates me to get up so early is that it is my time....the time I spend with myself.I never can miss the sight if the rising sun.
Also in India it is believed early morning hours (a couple of hours before sunrise)is 'brahma muhurthan'.There will be less negative thoughts in the atmosphere as people are sleeping at that time. That is the best time to connect with the 'self'.And that brings real bliss and peace which stays through out the day.
