the swine flu outbreak that has alarmed the world for a week now appears less ominous, with the virus showing little staying power in the hardest-hit cities and scientists suggesting it lacks genetic fortitude of past killer buds.
maybe the flu caused now is not as dangerous that caused before.....scientists are also saying this same thing .what is ur opinion?

Some expert said on a TV programme that it is the media and politicians that are over hyping the whole situation. He said a lot of people die every year from the ordinary flu and nobody talks about it. I guess the 24 hours news channels need to have news items to fill up the time. Well, whatever it is, one thing is for sure, the pharmaceutical companies are going to make some serious profit because of the way people were scared.

As long as we keep up out own immune system up, we all should be fine. I have been through many years of different flus. Never been vacinated for each strain of the flu. I am still here to day.

I think media is a great creator of mass hysteria. Flu is something we live with. It mutates every year (viruses are cunning lil beasts).A kerchief is all we need (and an aspirin)
