What makes cheesecake so awesome

Hi dear MyLotters, this a discussion about my favourite dessert, cheesecake :P
To everyone who loves cheesecake like i do, what do you think makes cheesecake as awesome as it is :P For me it's definitly the cookie part of it, if done right it's soooo good.

I love cheesecake.I love cheese.I love the idea of cheese being a dessert.I also love cakes.I love how 2 of my favorite foods are combined together to make a yummy dessert.

The soft and creamy texture of the filling. It's also light, fluffy, and airy. Those things makes cheesecake so good.

i like the filling. mostly. i think because im a cheese nut. anything cheesey i love and it tastes even better with fruit and sweetness.

i love the cookie part too! it's my ultimate basis whether the cheesecake is good or not.
Although, i try get a portion of evry part with every scoop. i dont want a bite with just the cookie or just the filling/topping.
i miss Joe's (crab shack) cheesecake sampler and keylime pie!
