Do you feel rejuvenated after a siesta?

I make it a point to take siesta, even for as short as fifteen minutes, as long as I can close my eyes after lunch and then wake up to work again. Somehow I feel rejuvenated and powered up for more work.
It may not be part of your custom, but I hope you have experienced taking siestas, if you have, were you refreshed, ready for more work, or energized from the short mid day rest?

Cheers!

i also try to make it a point to try and have my siesta everyday, its not easy doing that especially when you have alot to do at work but once i get to have my siesta i feel completely energized for the rest of the day that sometimes i find it hard tosleep later at night that actually makes me work or watch a movie late into the night. it's adviceable to have a siesta atleast three times a week, and my siesta is usually and hour plus to three hours anything less or more would give me a headache for the rest of the day, and may i ask.. how do u feel if that siesta is cut off abrptly? i.e you are awoken sunddenly? i have headaches all day if that happens to me..

I am a light sleeper so, I easily wake up! Sometimes, I feel confused and disoriented, but I think I got used to all the interruptions. I just try to go back to sleep if there isn't anything to be done. But, if there is an emergency, of course, I had to get up and do whatever it is I was supposed to do.

Hey skyboy,
Good to hear from you! Konbanwa!
Well, I see your point, it is really difficult to sleep at night after a long mid day rest. But siestas are designed to be around 15 to 20 minutes only. hehehe. But, if you ask me, I overdo it.
Good point you got there.
Kampai!
