Why did the water turn to wine at the wedding held at cana in Galilee?

This instance is taken from the Bible,and the passage you might want to refer would be John 2:1-11. My Answer: I'm quoting a remark made by one of my favorite authors, who said," the water saw it's creator and blushed.".
