Hi there.
I have a cousin who is jobless, and since they have an internet connection in their house, she wanted to try the data entry jobs she searched for making-money-online jobs. However there is a registration fee and it bothers me if is it really for real.. I need details about it, really need to know. Thanks. :-)

I have never paid money to get online jobs. The best way is to register at Odesk, guru.com, getafreelancer.com, elance. These are legitimate sites and have been paid from these sites.

The question is why must we pay for doing a job? If those jobs are genuine, of course the provider do a profit sharing with us. With logically thinking we could tell ourselves that there's no obligation for paying some fee if it really a true one. So far i never found any legit of those sites. Data entry job is not a good choice if you want to earn money for your living cost. In my opinion, doing some projects from internet should be a better choice if you met the requirements. You can search for web design job for instance. Good luck for your cousin. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

If you have to pay it's a scam. No job in it's right mind would charge for employees. It's like applying to a job outside of the internet and before hiring you have to pay $20. That's ridiculous. Just thought I would clear that up for you. If you or your cousin want a list of totally free opprotunities check out the blog link under the picture in my profile. There are tons of 100% free ways to make money online, and I plan on adding a lot more later on.
In terms of Data entry jobs, there are realistic ones but those kind of jobs are hard to find and have lots of competition so the likelihood of an individual actually receiving a legit opprotunity like that would be unlikely.

Hi! I really dont know anything about the results of those. I mean Ive seen data entry sites that require a fee and Im sure there are those legitimate ones. I just really dont know which ones are genuine.
I make it a rule not to spend money to make money. Once Ive made enough money on an online source then that's the time that Ill consider investing a bit of what I earned back to the site.
Anyway, I responded to let you know of Odesk. Its a site where people post their resumes and get accepted for jobs. Its kinda of a freelancing thing and the rates differ from every job offer but the site is very legit. What's more is that registration to the site is free.
Hope that helps somehow. Goodluck!

As a newbie in make money online jobs, I also don't want to lose a penny for doubtful sites such as data entry jobs.. I'm really just concerned with my cousin who also wanted to register me using her money.. I'm just scared that maybe all her efforts might be wasted so I want to make sure if those are scams or not.. Anyway, thanks for the information :-)

Definitely a scam. If you are applying for a job, how come they pretend that you pay a fee. For me it does not make any sense. Just beware before forking out any money in such scams.

I have been looking for a legit data entry job for a long time now and I have only found 1 legit data entry job. Unforunately it limits your amount of work, meaning you can only earn a few dollars a day. Making it not much of a job since you can't live off of it. Its a real shame, the site is WorkFromHomeHQ if your interested in checking it.
Happy myLoting and Goodluck finding a site!
