I HATE APPLE because they cannot repair any of there version 1 ipods is it just me or is this stupid?!?!!

Then will you please explain to me why when my screen for my version 1 ipod apple 30 gig started to fade and i took it into the main apple company they said that they cannot repair it because they dont make it anymore and then I was charged with consultaion to be told they cant fix it. Now they want me to give them my ipod and then i must buy a new one at the full price so ill lose my ipod and need to pay for another. SO IF YOU ASK ME I WILL REFRAIN FROM USING APPLE IN THE FUTURE AND RECOMMAND THAT OTHERS DO TOO.

That is BS i think as long as ppl have there warrty no matter how old the produc it they should fix it of give you a new one thats crazzy all companys should be like that.

No, Apple is smart and greedy. They'd rather you just buy a new verison and waste money. I'm sorry they're being difficult.
