What is your BEST or Favorite memory from school?

This can be a memory from anywhere from Kindergarden to 12th grade. Just share with us your most favorite or best memory from going to or being in school.
I have many suprisingly enough. Though school was never a really "fun" place for me and I was not of the "popular" social crowd, I still have very fond memories. In trying to pick one I find that my mind races to many and as I try to settle on one I realize that even some of the things that were not great at the time have become fond memories.
I think my favorite memory was in 5th grade. This boy that I was very good friends with and I had a bit of a crush on decided that he liked me too. I had never told anyone I liked him, not even him. In the middle of class one day, much to my embarrassment, he got down on one knee and told me that he loved me. I was so embarrassed that I slapped him. Unfortunately that ended everything including the friendship. But I fondly remember it and I still think of him as a great friend from that time.

That's a cute story. I always liked school, but never really had fun. Until high school, I was very very popular. I don't know if this counts because it was outside of school, but we had a drama class and the teacher got discounted tickets to see Phantom of the Opera on broadway. I had seen it before, but had fun and got to go with my bestfriend in high school. I also got to go on a ferry. That was my best memory. This was 11th grade.
Second was also outside of school. This boy who was so handsome and a jock smiling and waving at me to come over, but like you, I got embarassed and couldn't go. I was in 12th grade.1 person likes this

Thank you for such a well thought out response. I just got feeling nostalgic the last few weeks and thought it would be fun for us all to look back on some of our school memories. This was what this question was about, about making you think and remember. I appreciate your response greatly.

Hi sisterjinx,I cannot tell you about a particular memory as most of the memories that I have of those school days are really special for me.I still remember the very first day I entered the school and how nervous I was.I cannot forget my last day in the school either when I left with my 12th standard mark sheet in hand.How can I choose one?
