What would you do? I would hired the bilingual applicant.

If you have a business and you need to hired an
employee ,and you have two qualified candidates,
but one of the two is bilingual. Would you hired
the english speaking only candidate or the bilingual
candidate? Both candidates are excellent choices ,but
of course you need to select just one applicant for
the position.

I would definitely hire the bilingual candidate. If two people are equally qualified in what is expected of an employee, but one candidate had that little extra "something" then I'd hire the person with the extra skill. I think it would be a boost to my business to have a bilingual employee.
