hi. there are a lot of call center companies that offer attractive benefits to its agents. all you have to do is to update your resume and start sending it to these companies but before you do that try to research on the profile of the company through the internet. good if you can talk to employees or previous employees working there. that will make you decide better if you will accept the offer or not. just make sure before you left your existing company you already have a job in line. its so hard to become idle nowadays knowing how strict is the competition.

hey hey!! i know you! its been a while! hehe.. how've you been.. hmmm.. you're in etel and want to move somewhere else huh.. i'm not sure about the pay but i think PS would be a nice option for you.. i've been there 2 years ago and they don't have strict dress codes.. in fact, back then i come to work in shorts and sandals.. but if you want easy accounts, i guess apac would be an option too.

when it comes to culture and dress code. people support is the best. im not sure about the pay though coz i dont know how much u are getting now

U should be looking out for other job opportunities, and explore a wider range of job scope.. That will help u to decide what kind of jobs suits u best ^_^ As for high pay and yet not that strict on dress codes, there will be companies that gives u what u want, but it's not that easy to find.. hehe ^_^ Most of the time, u will have to sacrifice either, pay or strict rules.. It's hard to strike a balance between the two.. haha =D
