The latest virus I found on my computer can't be completely removed. I have McAfee and they say that I can send it in a.ZIP file to spyware__________research@avertlabs.com. For the subject line, they say to put MAS Content. For the password, they say to put "infected" without the quotation marks. I just sent them a regular email and told them what was going on. I used the email address I just mentioned. The virus is Adware-BHO.gen.q. Yes, I'm still having trouble getting rid of that thing. It found 8 items, too. I hope the email works. Does anybody know how to create a .ZIP file if it doesn't? I have read the FAQs that came with my computer but I'm still confused

I don't like WinRar because I think it should be registered (=bought) after the trial of 30 days. I prefer 7-Zip because it's free and it does all that WinRar, excluding those RAR archives that can be replaced with 7z archives.

I'm glad youall told me about WinRar and 7-zip. I might try one or both of them. I need to save all the money I can because I'm trying to live on a budget. Thank you both for responding and happy mylotting!
. I just hope one or both of these work. Kathy.
