hi friends i have just across a site which is paying $0.10 for refering any member and its Free to Join.i have just joined it but not sure whether its a scam or true website if anyone is already a member of this site can confirm whether its a genuine site or an another scam ? website details given in my blog you can find it through my profile..please have a look and advice me should i carry on work on this site or its a scam site ?

It's just $0.1 per referral, so you should keep referring more and more people to earn Paypal cash.
Lol, I understood the title wrong. I thought it was a site about how to make money in Paypal, I mean making cash from cash, like exchanging from currency to another, wait until it's value rises and then exchange back. I dunno how fast do they refresh their exchange rates. Seldom refreshed currency rates makes this impossible. But it could worth a try.

Free money? Since when has money ever been free? 
I had a look and see that it looks enticing but then it appears to be something like other sites around out there and very similar to the 'tasks' here. You join and earn great referral earnings to as long as your refs are active.
