help my get my runescape member ship

hello
here's the problem i want to be a member on runescape but my mum and dad wont let me. but i looked at the payment options and found out that u can pay by text!!! i knew i didn't have enough money so i sneaked out and brought a 15$ recharge card.. i re charged my mobile then i looked at my account balance it said $14.80 and i was like where the hell is my money....???? shouldn't the $15 go on top of the money i already had (like $5)??? Shouldn't i get $15 not 14.80!!!!!! help me please ^^

If your parents do not want you too, then I would just do what they want. In the long run if they find out about it you will just get in even more trouble.
Better to ask for permission then to ask for forgiveness.

I'm pretty sure your parents wouldn't care after the recharge cards, just buy more recharge cards and then pay from there. It is simple and your parents might not know what has happened.
