Accepting Special Children/Child in a Regular Class

I knew a teacher who has a pupil with disability.She really had a hard time of
adjusting everything in her class of 30-40 pupils.Accepting special children/child is not advisable in a regular class because it brings lots of adjustment to both
teachers and pupils of regular classes.

What you mean with Special Children. Children with disability (bodily) in practice mean that the children needing wheelchair would actually cause some sort of adjustmet. But why would you punish this there are nothing wrong with the minds of these children. And the "mind" is the main reason of the school in the first place you also get the "socialskills" as a bonus in school.
If you mean Special as in "Special Needs" Children. I do think they should have a special class for this. And trying to integrate the Specialneeds in the "ordenary" class if all possible.
This is taking the Economic part out of it...
