What do you expect from a politician whom you have voted ?

Hi friends, I voted for the first time this Thursday and i am feeling proud that i have done something for me and the society. But in the very next moment i get confused that what difference is it going to make? The 2 candidates are equally corrupt in their own ways. LOL I may sound like a hypocrite but it’s the reality. On the other hand when I try to stay optimistic I get confused again which is because I am not sure what I really expect from the politicians. So I seize this opportunity to ask people here that when they voted for some one what were their expectations? Please share. Cheers, Tutul
