Do you like your boss

Hi my lotters.i have two bosses in my company,i think A is great boss and B is bad boss.Boss A always think of more for staff and give really help in work.but B is not,many staff still not change job cause Boss A always treat them well.me too,i stayed in the compnay for more than 5 years.i think i have great Boss A,that is why i want to work longer. So how do you think of your boss,do you like your boss or hate him/her in secret?

I have a two bosses and both are equally nice and intelligent and I love them, because from each one of them, I get to learn something or the other. Also, I believe that they have something special than me that is why they are my bosses, otherwise I would have been occupying their seats.......LOL!

I am happy to ay that i am my own boss, i hate to have a boss, i have a small bussines, and i am the boss there..haha..so i like my boss a lot, she is great. But in the past i had one boss who maked me to wnat strongly don t have any boss in my life. He was a bad person, who don t pay, who give wrongh orders, who don t respect peoples who work for him. This was my motive to start my own bussines, and even i have less money, i am more happy and free..in the future i will grow up, i am sure.

hi icesmile.i want to be my own boss one day,but this plan won't come soon.yes,good boss is not so easy to be.they don't always foucus on caring staff's feeling in work.good luck to you .earn more moneny and enjoy your boss postion.

No,I don't like my boss. He is really very out spoken. He is literally very abusive and out spoken.Most of my colleagues don't like him.But I never create a scene in front of him and show him that I hate him.I behave in a very professional way.

well, so far i quite like my present boss! she not bossy me around too much and give me freedom to do my work or bit of playing around! huhu!but it also depend to what kind of working atmosphere,if you work in food sector,you definetly will hate your boss! huhu! too much stress and add with your boss meddling attitude! anyone can become crazy mad!

It depends on the situation and status of work. If boss is stupid, well I don't like it. I can't work for a longer period. If boss or manager manage the staff well, I'd like it. Maybe just like you. This is the situation, if i hate my boss, i leave my job. If its not, well I'll stay. You stayed in that company for 5 years, means you like your boss and job. Is it right? What are the factor's why you like your boss?

In my company just can describe as spueriod not boss, both of them liked to put thier thinking to us strong, but never ask our wishes.

pushing staff is not good way for improving work skill or not good for management.it is hard to get biger chance in such company with such boss.good luck.friend.

I think your bosses is different. You should give more attention for Boss B. Enjoy it!!
