I suggest that you do a bit of last minute revision like make a poster with key facts written on it. Look at it then close your eyes and say the key facts. If you do something like that it will give you confidence. Try a relaxing bath after a walk in your local area. in the morning of the exam get a healthy breakfast. Before the exam I suggest you drink some water. In the exam remember your poster and it should make you recall all that information. Good luck. After your exam give yourself a treat.

I also have exams starting the day after tomorow, but the way i cope with exams is this.
1. Make sure you have gone over any past exam papers to make sure you know what to expect and there shouldnt be too many shocks on exam day.
2. Make sure you eat well and get plenty of sleep the few days before the exams start, make sure you are well hydrated too, bringing a bottle of water into the exam hall always helps.
3.Im usually still nervous going into the exams, but the only way i can get rid of that feeling is accepting that there is nothing more I can do, talk to your friends to relax before going into the exam hall always helps too.

Maybe it is late to respond this to you vsganesh. But if i had my exams i will still remain calm and keep concentrated to remember for what that i have been read.
