Well in such a case i would try to come in the eyes of the teacher by performing well in the class and praising her role as a teacher in front of higher/other teachers. This way i'll try to earn some gud points in front of her and den one day wen i feel its the time i wud go ahead and frankly tell dat i like u more dan a teacher and wud like to take u out. But yes, before all this u better not try to show ur feelings in front of her or she mite take all dis to be a makeup plan to get her.
