Hi guys,
I have been trying to lose extra weight for years now, but to no avail...I have taken numerous diet pills, herbs and all kinds of slimming product. I even learned to do aerobics exercise (including kickboxing) in the comfort of my home. Over the years, I did lose several pounds, but now I'm back where I started, and this is really demoralizing me. But then, a couple a days ago, my doctor recommended a diet pill called Duromine. Has anyone ever heard about this drug before? Maybe even use it? Does it work? Please, enlighten me...

I have been trying to lose weight for years. About 9 years ago I lost 55 lbs but then I have gained 45 lbs back. I finally started back on a diet the end of January and have lost 17 lbs. But, I still need to lose from 10-20 lbs. But, I have never heard of that diet pill that you mentioned. If you decide to try that I would like to know if it works for you.

As I see it there is no dietpills that work. (And if the actually do it´s for the INVIDIUAL not the common norm). The only thing that i can see working for everybody is some dietpill with efedrin in it. But if dietpills with efedin is even legal in your country you shouldn´t be messing with dietpills in the first place...
Efedin is used by bodybuilders to cut fat. And but atleates that is after is´t performace enhancing affects. But Efedrin is a banned substance in like the Olympics. And you can get it from other products if you are after the Efedin alone.
I´m NOT suporting the usage of efedin as it´s closely linked to HEARTFALURE. But as i see it it´s the only thing that would accually work for everybody....

i tried it before.. yeah, it helped me lost about 6 kgs in 2 weeks time. by the time i only ate like fruits and milk shakes and with alot of workout. one thing is you will not feel tired and sleepy once u eat duromine. for those who have sleeping problem, u should consider twice whethet to consume it or not. and i also found out i always feel down and sad right after i took the pills. i think it does influence your mood too.. anyway, good luck to you..

Hi there, i have battled weight all my life, and when I was single and had no children was able to keep it down easily with excercise and sensible eating. through my first pregnancy and after the birth of my first daughter I gained a massive 30 kilos. I managed to lose half of this and then gained it back and then some when I had my second daughter. About two months ago I started taking duromine through reccomendation of my doctor. I am on the 40mg and initially really had trouble sleeping in the first couple of weeks. My body seemed to adjust soon enough though and I now have no trouble sleeping. I have to date lost 16 kilos and starting to feel great again. I do experience some side effects and these are hot sweats, increased thirst, a feeling of being on a high for about six or so hours after I take it and increased energy. I hardly never feel hungry anymore either and quite often just eat because I know that I have to. I have another 20 kilos or so left to lose now but I know that I can do it. duromine has given me the confidence I needed. My doctor says that taking duromine has been a positive on my health and far outweighs any negative side effects that it may have. My blood tests and blood pressure checks have all come back normal and I feel a lot healthier now than I did two months ago. My doctor says that I can only take duromine for one more month and then I must continue on my own. I follow a sensible diet now, walk every night and basically have changed my lifestyle so i'm not too worried about stoping to take it. I know that my stomach has shrunk as I can only eat small meals now and I become fuller a lot quicker. There is no quick fix when it comes to losing weight but taking Duromine, along with changing lifestyle and adopting healthy eating habbits certainly does help. Good luck with it all. It worked for me so there is no reason why it can't work for you to.

I have never heard of this diet pill but in doing some research I am finding that it is a appetite suppresant. It has resin in it which makes its affects last all day. It has the regular and much used ingredient of Phentermine. Here is the link I found: http://www.fattybeauty.com/reviews/2006/11/duromine-diet-pill-review.html.
I hope this info helps. I would be alittle leary of taking anything without doing some research on it.

I would suggest not taking any type of diet pill and just watching your food intake and increase your work out habits. Diet pills are often very harmful to your body. Think hydroxy cut...people have been taking it and damaging their livers the whole time. Its much better to try and do this yourself because often these pills are not tested long enough before they are put on the market foryou to know the actual effects they may have on your body. Good luck with your weight loss in which route you decide to take! :)

Hi Neoplanet.
I wouldn't really reco taking any kind of diet pills. It will always have a side effect or two... perhaps not now, but in the long run, it will manifest. There is no easy way and no short cut to losing weight, but the formula requires you to eat healthy, exercise, and a positive outlook in life. You won't really need the diet pills. They're not safe.

i never use diet pill to lose weight. not to eat too much and do exercise, both of them are good for losing weight.losing weight is a hard program, so before you do it , you must make a decision and trust yourself.when you do it, you should stick to it,imaging you adressed a sexy and beautiful clothes.
