I love cheese...I don't think there is a kind I dislike. Although, one that I cannot see myself ever trying is the maggoty kind. If I had to pick one, I'd chose blue cheese or any variation of it such as Gorgonzola and Roqueforts. I definitely like sharp cheddar with a turkey sandwich, provolone with roast beef, american with bologna lol

I really like Cooper Cheese too...it's an extra sharp American cheese...so good! And this may be a Pennsylvania thing, but pepperoni cheese is my favorite cheese to eat by itself...when I'm visiting home that is. I highly recommend grilled feta if you've never tried it. I pretty much like all cheese...but eat it very limitedly.

I like Cheddar cheese because it’s quite cheap. However, if by cheese for Pizza, I like Parmesan it just gives that traditional taste and melts pleasantly in the pizza. I also like ricotta cheese for a bruschetta snack.
This discussion makes me crave on eating cheese right now.

I am a huge fan of cheese! There are so many good options.
I really love provolone for an everyday cheese. The sharp provolone goes really well on sandwiches. A mild provolone is a good snack between meals.
When I was in Amsterdam, my favorite cheese was the Gouda. I bought some in the US a few months ago, but it simply didnt taste the same! Amsterdam also had a sweet, cream type cheese. I am not exactly sure what it was - but we did figure out that it was sweetened with honey.
The best option for cheese is always anything that is made locally. So in Italy, the mozzarella was always delicious. In Amsterdam, the Gouda was to die for. In Wisconsin, cheddar is the way to go!

Gruyere and Emmentaler are my favorite types of cheese. Jarlsberg is a close third. I love those cheeses on sandwiches or fixed in fondue. Fondue is the best! Get me some fresh cut veggies and a fresh artisan loaf of bread. Maybe some sparkling grape juice on the side. Candlelight. My husband. You get the picture. LOL!
