Do you recommend referral buying from sites like planet-traffic.com for PTC's?

Hey all
Er I'm relatively new to this gruesome world of PTC's; at least with respect to advertising. I hardly have any much referrals for any of the sites I've joined. I came across these sites: planet-traffic.com, wedeliversignups.com, buyrefs.com and targetsignups. So should I invest in these? Has anyone bought refs from such sites. If affirmative, please share your experiences. Even if you haven't, your comments and suggestions will be largely appreciated!

I either don't suggest you investing in buying referrals after all many sites are going to be scams, but it's up to you
