What's the most crucial position in volleyball?

As a middle blocker, I'd like to think we are most crucial but realistically that's not necessarily true. What do you think?

spikers play a major role in volley ball...they gotta block opponent's spike as well they gotta smash ...but i play as a booster...i keep the ball for both the left and rite spikers...foor boosters mainly fingers play...
