If a friend needs my help desperately, I definitely gonna do my best help him or her out. If he/she asked me something immorally, and they want me to bail them out. I have to go through my conscience whether I do the right thing or not. If not, sorry, I just have to refuse your request. Even that gonna cost our friendship. I just try to be a good friend to guide you to the right track. Would you refuse your friends who gonna ask you to something that is immoral?

Every thing has its principle. Befriending is in the same way.if my friend asks me to don the immoral thing or illegal thing, I will refuse without hesitation, because I think our action will bring harm to others. Everybody will have their consicience really, we do things sometimes on our own conscience. Sometimes we also give our suggestions to our friends for their unreasonable and offensive behaviour. As his friend, we should tell him your true ideas frankly and shouldn't be afraid to cost your friendship. Not your friend, but to your parent or children, you have your own principle of doing things. We should be clear that what thing is right or what thing is wrong. Friends are also various kinds. If some friends get you in endless trouble, you should get yourself out of it as soon as possible.

If I had a friend ask me to do something immorally wrong the first thing I'm going to do, as you said, is follow my conscience. Then I am definitely going to think about why I am friends with someone like this in the first place. So I guess my answer is Yes, if a friend asked me to do something immorally wrong I would refuse.
