Run a business is mean become you own boss. The responsibility is higher. I don't know what kind of business you'd like to start. But if you have some employees, you should threat them good and show them to hard work. As a boss, you must show the good leadership. Good luck and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

If you're going into business for yourself, just remember that you MUST be self-motivated. I think its probably safe to say that this is the most important part of owning your own business. Also do not just go in with the expectation that you will instantly have everyone coming for your service and you will be cashing in. That rarely happens. Stick it out and work hard and it should be a good business if you know what you're doing. Best of luck to ya!
