Hi leylucs. Yes you can send money to your debit card. What kind of debit card do you have? I have an Unionbank EON debit card. I use this card to verify my paypal account and also use it to withdraw my paypal account. The big numbers on my EON card is my debit card number and the smaller number under my name is my Unionbank account number. If you also use Unionbank EON card you can do the same. Only paypal to paypal is allowed to send money to each other and its only free. You can send money to your brother's email address and it will prompt him to open a paypal account to accept the money you sent to him. Now if he want to withdraw the money. He just need to link his payoneer card which I think is a mastercard. You can't send your paypal's money to other debit card directly. But if the recipient has paypal account linked with his debit card, you can simply send the money to his paypal account.
