What are your favorite foods or main dishes? Is there a place you like to go eat out at? I love Chinese food. Its my favorite. I like steak salads,chicken salads,salmon,pizza,home made veggie soup and chicken noodle. And more.

I haven,t got to eat indian food but would love to try it.

Speaking of Indian food, it is some of the healthiest in the world. Why do I say that? Because the typical lunch or dinner meal consist of lots of vegetable dishes, with plain rice, and little meat or chicken and fish. The chicken is skinless in mostly all the dishes , therefore considerably reducing the fat content. The veggies are fresh then prepared in a such a way as to retain the color and vitamin content. And the rice is cooked rather plain, often times without ghee or salt......simply with water, which adds to a balanced meal. All those saucy dishes which are a delight to the palate are incorporated into the rice thereby filling the stomach. Another noteworthy thing is the spices used in Indian cooking not only help the food taste delicious, but contain medicinal properties as well.

To add to what I said previously, Indian spices contain medicinal properties . When you cook with them the alluring aromas fill the house. Let us look at cinnamon for example. Cinnamon stimulates digestion, checks nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, and is a good breathe freshener. Coarsely ground cinnamon boiled in a glass of water, then taken by the tablespoon after meals, can relieve flatulence and indigestion.Cinnamon is highly beneficial in the treatment of asthma, paralysis, excessive menstruation, uterus disorders and gonorrhea. As you see, there may be some truth to the axiom , ' You are what you eat.'

I like stir-fried rice with chicken ,it tastes delicious and good for health,but these days I control myself to eat meat .

Stir fried rice is very good. Love it. I make salads with everyone of my meals I make. And I always keep rice and tea in my house. stress teas I like very much. I collect a lot of tea good tea that is and drink it a lot.
