What is a healthy amount of weight a person should lose a week? Do you have any tips for losing weight successfully and keeping it off?

Just eat until your full, and use smaller plates. You do't even have to go on those crazy diets. If you gradually eat a little less, you will lose weight, plus eat your favorite things in moderation. Also drink lots of water, especially if you like to drink coffee and pop if you drink enough water then if you induldge in the daily pop and coffee it won't make you gain weight
