Well, I always feel tired of myself. I want to take a nap on everyday afternoon. but i JUST couldn't do it, because I was at work, and at work, I wasn't allowed to do so. I couldn't control it. It just my body reaction to fatigue.

I sleep in the afternoon only if I got nothing to do. If I'm working or doing some work, then I surely wont even get a wind of feeling sleepy. So make yourself busy and keep doing something or the other. This would keep your brain indulged and sleep will not be a priority.

well if u can trust me then u got to reset ur sleep.first of all u got to get knowledge about sleep depth, im telling u to get knowledge ur self because only when u research on a topic only them can u know the rules of sleep.
i can tell u on a brief what u should do to not sleep in afternoon. first of all make free time in weekends and sleep till the time until and unless ur body wakes up at its own. then sleep only when u feel sleepy , only through this method u can create a cycle of 8 hours of sleep that will come only at night , and this how u will not fell sleepy at day time.
one more suggestion would be that u should take small naps about 15 minutes in the evening , these naps will keep u fresh all day long.

I would suggest taking some vitamins or herbal supplements. Try getting more sleep at night, even if that means going to bed an hour earlier then your used to so that you can sleep an hour more, etc. Try doing little things such as that to get a good night's sleep. Lay off on coffee or sweets before bed if you regularly eat or drink those. It's recommended to not anything past 8 or 9, I'm not sure which one...

Im a little bit unsure of your question. Are you still sleeping all night and taking a nap in the afternoon?
If that is the case, taking vitamins may help quite a bit. Getting enough exercise can also help keep you going.
I once had a problem where I was sleeping too much. It was caused by depression. I think this is a common reason people sleep too much. Pay attention to your moods to see if this might be a problem for you. If it is, try taking care of that first and your sleep patterns may follow!
