Hry people. I heard this form serveral people, but is it true that you need to activated your paypal account, I mean the credit card, in order to pay for membership? anyone HELP!!!!!!!111

You mean verification. I'm sorry but yes. Maybe you can ask someone you trust to give you the Code behind the Membership Card thingy, in return for your PayPal money. Other than that there is nothing you can do.

Used to you could PaybyCash to get around it, however, Paypal has changed their system. To answer your question, you cannot use it to pay for membership without a validated bank account or credit card.
I have the same issue.
