How do you put smilies on posts? / myLot

I see a lot of people using smilies and I know you can do that once you reach the 200 mark. Where do you get them from and how do you add them to your posts?

I personally don't use smilies, or anything like that, while I'm posting. I'm just one of those people, who doesn't really use them, and isn't really interested in them either. I'm not sure why, but it's just the way it is.
