I won a pair of headphones from eBay before. the total amount including shipping is $10.50. Since I won it, the only option for me now is to pay for it. But here is the thing, I only have 9.20 left on my PayPal account. My paypal is not yet verified so when I started to Pay for it, the page from paypal is asking for a credit card number which I don't have. So I asked the Seller if there is a possibility to give me a discount of $0.80 so that I'll be able to purchase the Item, without any questions she changed it to 9.20. So I'm about to pay for it but then again, It still, PayPal webpage shows up saying that I have insufficient funds left, so when I checked it, It's only $9.18 to be exact. So I then contacted the seller again and state the final remaining balance I had. And again, without further questions, She decreased the total amount to $9.00. Wow. This seller is too kind and patient. So I was able to finish the transaction. After a month I received the Item, and Happy to open it and thank God its in good and working condition. Most of the Sellers in eBay that are kind are the one with +99.5 Feedback ratings. Checked their negative feedback as well. It might help you decide if you'll trust them or not.

That seller is kind cause he's one of those who believes in "customers are always right" and I'll tell you the reason why. There is no point on filing a complaint against you through Paypal or ebay cause you as the buyer would win the case no matter what. You know for a fact that you had to pay for the total amount of your purchase. It's not the seller's fault that you don't have a credit card on file with Paypal. However, the seller knew that it's useless to file a claim against you cause Paypal or ebay would side with you anyway. I bet you that seller has less than 100% feedback cause he/she tried to fight against a buyer's claim, lost, and ended up getting negs. I'm an ebay seller with 100% feedback although I don't sell much on ebay anymore because of such ridiculous unfairness. I had buyers who actually LIED so that they could return an item and get their money back. Paypal and ebay don't listen up to sellers. They only listen to buyers. Needless to say, that seller who you thought was really kind actually had no choice at all...but you know what? You're lucky all the same :)
