Is it me, or do teenage girls look a whole lot older than they really are?
I've seen some girls in uniforms that has caused me to look a second, third, fourth and hell yea a 10th time.
Don't get me started on some of the guys with bodies at such a young age that can rival a Greek God! Such things make SOME adults, lol, get into serious trouble!

I don't know why teenagers' bodies are the way that they are anymore but hell yeah, you're right. These kids are looking a lot older than they are. This scares me as a mom to a 4 foot 7-year-old daughter. People already think that she's more like 9-years-old. I hope they aren't going to think that she's a lot older when she's a teenager because it really could get her in trouble. Of course, I do have a lot of say and can instill morals in her but it's up to her to uphold them at that age. People have said that it's because of the chemicals that are in our milk and meat today but who knows. I sure hope that she doesn't look 20-something when she's only 13.

No I didn't develop early. That's why I'm not sure where she gets it from. It could be from her dad's side of the family but I wouldn't know that since I don't talk to them nor do I wish to talk to them to find this out. I think that somehow she's just running with the rest of the kids in that all of them are developing earlier now than they ever had before. It's really weird though.

Wow.
I developed late, I even got my period when I was 16, I didn't have that 'boob' stage, I was just tall and skinny.
I'm really scared when I see some kids.
There's a little girl who is 4 in my neighbor hood who's little body is already showing. I watched her simulate a pole dance, 'don't ask me where she got that from, but that's another story' She has a little booty, small indented waistline, a very sexy sultry type of hoarse voice, the only thing she's missing are boobs.
I'm really scared to see where she'll be at 10 even 13....:O

It's not even only clothing and the way they dress.
I've actually asked and said to some knowing they are still in high school, I've asked, 'So, what university did you attend and are you in your career field of study?' lol
Sadly, I've seen and heard the way some speak and carry themselves, it screams 'MILITARY SCHOOL ACCEPTANCE!'

Yeah, i think some teenage girls look much older than they really are. It's in the way how they dress and in the way how they speak. Seems they wanted to be considered adults because most people don't trust them. Even young girls not teenagers yet dress up like adults with matching heels, yikes, I can't even walk longer on heels LOL.
And yes, adults and teen girls can be confusing hehe because it seems adults dress to make themselves younger. And stores don't really sells clothes appropriate for ages but clothes that are in trend or fashion now regardless who buys.

That's a whole different topic about 'adults dressing to be younger.' lol
I get quite disgusted when I see the way some women dress themselves.

I agree that teenage girls seem to look much older now than they used to.
Clothing is one factor, not helped by the fact that most of our kids are oversexualized by the images they see in media. Another factor is hormonal, it really seems that young girls are "developing" much earlier than they used to.
I had my first training bra at around 13 or 14, (and I really didn't need it yet, but all my friends did, and I was left out, LOL). I know some girls around here are getting them now at 10 and 11 years old, and they NEED them at this age.
